Had a great time at happy hour after work. James was a great bartender keeping our drinks full and friendly service. Walleye fish tacos were tasty.

Blue Bar, Blue Bar Blue Bar!!! Stayed at Wyndham on a road trip recently. Sat at the bar, had apps and drinks. The bartender, Brandon, I hope I got his name right. was excellent. He knows his beer, he knows his bourbon, he knows Cleveland and was an excellent, service-minded employee. My only regret ... I didn't make it in time for happy hour! My whole experience at the Wyndham was superb from valet to ... well, valet again when we left, but every staff member in between was quite professional. Kudos to the management who really has an eye for talent.

Went twice, would not go again. First night steak was well done when ordered rare. Second night wae 8pm and Dead. Waited 15 Minutes to be served. Eventually got up and asked lady for a menu, but she brushed me off saying she saw me sit down and would get there, apparently the glasses she was putting away was super pressing. Walked out.

3 out of 4 of us were dissatisfied with our food. My wrap had no flavor and the Frisco burger was dry with processed cheese on top. My first glass of wine tasted bad and my second one had a fruit fly at the bottom. The place was dead and now we know why.  Bad food.

Went twice in the last month before Sunday concerts at Playhouse Square with my wife, We had  a terrific server both times, Filet Mignon was fantastic both times. To my amazement the place was empty. I can not wait to go back

Poor...for the price point. food was ok but not anything to wow your taste buds. The place was not busy and we were early by a few minutes yet it was still an hour before we were served. The wait staff don't seem to have any training and zero etiquette. If you want a better place go to Pier W.

Excellent food and good service!! Delicious Cajun shrimp penne.
