We just had End of the Roll - Vancouver install carpet in a small room in our house. They were very prompt, efficient and thorough from quoting to install and follow-up. The installer was friendly and helpful and did a quality job. I'd highly recommend this location for carpet installation and other flooring needs.

Had a very good experience with End of the Roll Terminal. I had dealt with Ian before and appreciate his no pressure, calm demeanor. After thoroughly explaining the different carpet types and the features of each we decided on one. We also wanted engineered flooring and found some different ones we liked.
We were able to get samples to take home and see what they looked like in our place.
Once we decided on both products we scheduled installation. 
Al, the wood floor installer was great, very friendly and professional, as was the carpet installer, Sami.
We weren't in a rush to have our products installed and EOTR was able to squeeze our installations in around other jobs they had already in progress. This meant that part of the installation was done one week and the rest was finished up about 10 days later. This didn't bother us as we were flexible with our schedule.
There was a little chasing down the installers to get them to finish the job but again it was nothing that wasn't expected.
We are very happy with our new flooring and would recommend End of The Roll.

I was given a great price on hardwood flooring that I could not get any where else.  From purchasing my flooring to the installation everything went very smoothly.  I get so many compliments on my floors now.  Thank you for all your help!  I'll be returning for sure.

We went to End of the Roll  looking to purchase carpet for our rental suit. The staff was able to show us a variety of carpet that can stand up to high traffic areas. Best of all you can't beat the price, I will definitely be using them for any further purchases. Thanks again guys.
