I'm not sure why there were so many bad reviews, but I had my first appointment yesterday and Dr. Ruel was wonderful, she spent time going over my history, answered questions and explained everything I needed to know. The staff at reception were friendly. I would recommend this practice based on my experience.

Don't understand why all the complaints! I think they are all very nice. I have been to many endocrinologist and they tend to all have a nasty attitude not this one. They took me in to see doctor within 5 minutes and usually for any doctor the wait time can be up to 30 minutes then once in another 30 minutes but not this place. It was amazing I was talking to doctor in 8 minutes flat. I usually do not do reviews but I highly recommend this place!!!! Please give it a try!

I wish I could give this office ZERO STARS!!!!! I called to make an appointment and was given an appointment for the next day. A half an hour later, I was called and told that I needed blood work and to reschedule the appointment for the following week. The woman on the phone puts me on hold and someone else picks up. I started telling her that I needed an appointment, she cuts me off and says "date of birth". I said "oh sorry I thought you had my chart". She then says" I'm the manager give me your DOB" with a serious attitude! What does "I'm a manager have to do with anything!". She then proceeded to give me an appointment a month away. I asked her if she can put me on a cancellation list if they had one. Ready for this...this is what she said " YOU ARE BEING ANNOYING AND AGGRAVATING!!!!!". I thought I was in the twilight zone! Whaaaaaat????!!!! I said "did you just say that to me!". She said "yes I did!". How GROSS GROSS GROSS!!!!! I cannot imagine how they allow someone like that to talk to patients that way! Last time I checked, her paycheck comes from HAVING PATIENTS!! I'm an MRI technologist and I've been cursed at, yelled at and even bit before but not once did I talk to a patient with such disrespect. It shows how much of a class act the staff are and the practice is! I guess reputation means nothing to them since all their reviews are horrendous! I was literally nauseous after speaking with them! Stay away better yet RUN to another practice where patients actually mean something more that a co-pay!

This doctors' office is disgraceful. As a new patient, I waited close to an hour, and eventually had to leave without seeing the doctor. When I told the nurse I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave she literally laughed. The office manager's response was "good luck finding a doctor who you don't have to wait for". Instead of being apologetic, she completely disregarded how upset I was and waived me off. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctors' office. No self respecting establishment treats it's patients like this.

I am a thyroid cancer survivor. I found Dr. Hollander on Google in February 2015. I called the office to make an appointment with Dr. Hollander. I was told he is only excepting thyroid cancer patients. I told the young lady on the phone that I am a survivor. Then we started the process of getting my personal & health insurance information. Next I made my first appointment. I work for SEPTA as a Regional Rail Train Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher I work various hours and have various days off. I mentioned this because it is very relevant to my experience. Over the next few months. I made additional appointments with Dr.Hollander. However I was unable to attend due to my professional obligations. I called the office prior to every appointment to let them know. The young ladies I talked with were ALWAYS VERY pleasant and understanding of my work restrictions. In September I made my final appointment to see Dr. Hollander. It was scheduled for December 7, 2015 at the Princeton office. I was so thrilled and excited.... because finally I was going to meet Dr. Hollander! Dr. Hollander the thyroid cancer scholar.... was going to be my Endocrinologist!!!! WOW!!! Exactly one week before my appointment. I get a call from the his office. I quickly answer it . I thought it was a "reminder your appointment" call. Boy was I wrong. I answer the phone. I hear a woman's voice with a very strong dialect speaking.I'm having a difficult time understanding her. She's telling me something about my appointment.... she's trying to tell I have to see another doctor!!!! WHAT!! are you talking about. I have been trying to see Dr Hollander all year!!!! I'm upset now. I'm confused. I don't know what is happening to me.... Another woman is now on the phone. She tells me " because you have RESCHEDULED 3 appointments with Dr. Hollander you have to see another doctor. It's Office Policy..HUH??? What do you mean!!! Just because I rescheduled 3 appointments. I wasn't a "no show". I always called PrIor to each appointment. I lose my mind!! My exchange was full of furry. I was so angry! I felt like someone punched me in the stomach. I ended the call. I cried my daughter consoled me. She said mommy if that doctor has mean people like that working from him. You shouldn't go to him anyway. This happen a few weeks ago.... I thought I was over it. But while on Google looking for a new doctor. I read a posted review about this office . I knew I had to share my experience too.
