If I could, I would give no stars. 
I would never suggest this company to another person. 
I called them to have them hook up a gas dryer, my landlord had suggested them since they do all the work for all of her units. I had everything else the dryer needed except the cooper pipe for the gas line. We did find out that the outlet near there did not work and that had to be fixed too. 
I got my first bill about a month after service, and there was no detail at all just an amount to pay. I call and ask for a detailed bill, it took the company over 2 months to call me back. When they called they asked why I needed a detail bill and gave me a hard time. 
I finally just got the new detailed bill, which does not state much of anything, it just states what they did without breaking down the prices. 
$40 for the cooper piping
$5 for misc electric
$340 for labor
The outlet still does not fully work, the worker was there for MAYBE AN HOUR. They took off about $20 for the parts that I had bought.
Since when is $340 a proper hourly rate when everything wasn't fixed.
They will rip you off and argue everything with you. I still can't get them to come fix the outlet.

water leak & 1 shower head    over $400.00   A Real Ripoff!!!! You don't know how much it cost until you get a bill in the mail!!!!!!!

I really like this company. They always come right out, fix what's wrong, and charge a reasonable price. I met them at the Hickory Oktoberfest, and I am glad I did.
