Pool was open on time this year which we greatly appreciate. Finally got a new mailbox, which is also nice- although it took a while of mail getting rained on and were told we couldn't choose our own (I understand they look better matched). Wish the majority of playground equipment hadn't been removed right after we moved in, but it is a safe neighborhood with great neighbors, and I like having a smaller community where I feel safe walking and letting my kids play.
