We had gone there twice in the last two months looking for trees. The first time we went they were literally dead they were brown and dried out and had obviously not been taken care of.The second time we went they had what we wanted, and when we were picking out which corkscrew willow tree we wanted we noticed that all of them, about half a dozen, had black willow aphid infestations. So disappointed. We have always had good look with arrangements from the florist but the garden center was just a joke. We asked about specific items and people would give very vague answers, as in "we might have that" and then we had to ask can you help us find where that may be. The only reason we may go back at this point is because we still have a gift certificate to use but we have tried to spend it twice now with no luck, so who knows.

Is there a reason why i should have to give a store my phone number and zip code just to use a credit card? The charge also pinged on my phone as that my card wasn't physically present. Whatever system you're using to process cc payments is extremely annoying. If you want to confirm my id then ask for my driver's license. I don't appreciate being logged into your database for your marketing.

I recently asked them to put an arrangement of bulbs together for my mother to brighten her winter days. I gave them $120.00  to do this and deliver it. My brother sent me a picture, It was not only unattractive but definately didn't seem even close to the number of flowers we should of gotten for that amount of money.
