The staff is really friendly here!  If you're a Verizon customer, this is a great place to go.  I don't like Verizon much, and their corporate policies screw people, but Ensignal was really great!

Staff was helpful and courteous.  Not a big fancy place but local and convenient.

I had a great experience at this store! I've been here a few times, and they are always patient and helpful with any problems that I have.

I had trouble pairing my bluetooth to my car, and not only did they make sure i knew how to do it, but they went out to my car to do it for me! And I didn't even buy anything from them!

Will definitely be returning there. Any negative reviews must have been people that were angry before they even went into the store.

This location is probably the worst Verizon I have ever been to. The customer service was a -10 and associate Mark is a moron. The manager, Josh, should really train his associates better if he doesn't want to receive calls at home. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Awful! Do not go here!
