As soon as I walked into the store I was met with a "hello and what can I do for you" while they were assisting other customers. They noticed me right away. With all thatst available their service and informational skills made for a smooth transition towards getting a new phone.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have never received worse customer service in my life. The employee I talked to had no idea what she was doing and refused to help me. I went to the Verizon store in Central Park plaza and they fixed me up in ten minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

Typically I  dislike walking in a phone  stores like Verizon.   But the  Manager Kristen is great. I had an awesome experience. I am happy with my choice of purchasing my new phone from  Verizon store downtown.
