Don't waste your time. These guys lied and were not helpful at all. Told me my phone was not reparable and my only option was to purchase a new phone. I left, called Verizon, and am having a new phone shipped through my insurance. Stay away from these scammers.

Paul and his team are the best! After a really horrible experience with Sprint, we made the decision to move to Verizon. Paul handled everything for us. Sprint made the swap extremely difficult and Paul was patient and understanding. Pricing for the new phones was great! Customer service was and still is incredible!!!

Total nightmare and disgusting and This staff is worthless and knows nothing about any devices plans or the compagnie whatsoever there are total rip off and will charge you out the you know what for extra things or have nothing and stock stay very far away from this place and go to a retail verism and store only know third parties third parties rip you off and don't know anything about the products or the policies of the company i'm a business customer and they told me I only had fourteen days to try items and new products when I really get thirty they lie to you and don't understand what they're doing not to mention the staff is rude and tells you know all the time stay away from these nightmares and go to a direct horizon retailer or call their eight hundred number and deal with them to you're much better off and will save more money and time. I hated in signal I also asked him about the new samsung note eight and they told me the plan for the new note eights are buried and they are not ever coming out or re releasing itit notes ever again and the announcement were made and these people look like fools the note it will be released later this spring ha-ha paul get to know your business before you're a manager and go back to school and get things right on how to deal with your employees. This place is basic and elementary

Terrible customer service. No knowledge of any phones or plans, didn't even care to ask how much data we wanted or how many phones before trying to add scam packages and triple our bill from a corporate verizon representative that we called 5 minutes later. The stores explanation "that's just the way it is we need to make money too" told us to drive 3 hours away to a corporate store and to come back for help setting up our phones. Terrible.

Terrible customer service. Colten the salesman gave off an attitude that dealing with customers is too much of a hassle. The salespeople simply want to send you somewhere else and continue to throw Verizon under the bus! Paul,the other salesperson we dealt with was a bit more helpful but Colten just continued to mumble under his breath while Paul tried to help. Colter was one of the worst salesman I have ever had to deal with. Go anywhere else.
