I HIGHLY recommend Ensley if you need any work done on your septic system. These guys went above and beyond service expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, polite, efficient, and most importantly to me honest. They answered questions during the entire service. I have the worst case situation as my drain field is failing. They did not pressure me in any way to repair the $3000 problem but pumped my tank to buy me some time and explained various options. They were also attacked by swarming bees in my yard while they were working and still finished the job with professionalism and amazing attitudes. I have had my tank pumped three times in current home and the previous 2 services by other companies were very unpleasant and dishonest. One local company pumped my washer tank knowing it was the wrong tank charged me $300 and left me with a full waste tank. A company I called before Ensley on this problem began quoting me drain field and repair prices without even looking at the problem. I am single female homeowner who didnt know much about septic systems who could have and has been taken advantage of. I now have a clean tank and a better understanding for how it works as these guys taught me a lot. I am confident this company is one of the best in the business. If you want great service for your septic system CALL ENSLEY! I will definitely use them from now on.

Called in for a quote staff was friendly and very helpful. Set up an appointment for a Wednesday they actually came the same day had a call back within minutes for an availability. Fast service and the pumping guys had great attitudes and paid close attention to the job. Highly recommend this company.

The two gentlemen who pumped out my septic tank were not only friendly and polite, they were efficient and answered questions for me without hesitation. They explained a solid, economic plan for tank maintenance and provided extremely useful tips and information for keeping my tank in good condition. I will DEFINITELY be calling Ensley Septic Tank Services for any future issues.

My pump in my septic tank would not stay on so I called and told them about my problem. Rather than send a driver and charge me a fee, they put a tech on the phone who helped me determine the problem was not with my pump but with the outlet box it was plugged in to. Very helpful and saved me money!
