Appointment for 2:25. It's currently 4:38 and the waiting room is still full. This is not the first time. Had ringing in my ear so one of the ENTs made me do a hearing test, allergy test, take allergy medication, take oral steroids, get a CAT scan, and then referred me to another ENT in the same practice who recommended very strong prescription painkillers. Turns out I have TMJ, a misalignment of the jaw that I discovered from a routine dental checkup. Wasted hundreds of dollars taking test after test and wasted hours waiting for my appointments because they overbook at the Limestone office. I would recommend finding a different practice that actually cares about its patients.

Very pleasant and capable staff. They run a little behind on their appointments but not as bad as some. My first choice.

I do not know why they schedule appointments. Arrived about 10 mins early and now over an hour past appointment time and still waiting! Very very poor scheduling, if you wait a few mins 10- 15 is one thing but 70+ mins and nothing said. They need to be paying me to wait on them at this point!

Staff is slow, has poor communication skills, and unprofessional. I spent 5 mins with the doctor and was there for 1 hour. I didn't feel like a valued costumer. The central customer booking is no better. They are after your money and don't care about you as a customer.

Dr Teixedo was most excellent. Moved from another ENT and immediately had a better experience. Well recommended !!
