Geez I never thought I'd be one of those people that writes bad reviews....
My car was totaled by a commercial Enterprise semi trailer (Enterprise employee, enterprise vehicle) and they were found to be 100% at fault.  Ironically, the closest car rental was an enterprise (this one) and my wife and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental.  Adding insult to injury, we were charged nearly double because we're under 25 and a "higher risk" customer.  If that's not the definition if irony, I don't know what is.  The customer service was sympathetic when I tried to get them to fix the issue, but ultimately unhelpful.

Great place. Extremely and helpful friendly staff. There was however one employee that said she was all booked out and all the other locations were booked out without even checking. Didn't seem like it was the regular staff as it was during the weekend. Otherwise the regular staff has excellent customer service.

I rent here on a regular basis.  The staff is always friendly and helpful.  The vehicles are always clean and in a good state of repair.  That is exactly what I need when renting a car.  I am picking up another one today.

Updated:  June 2017.  I continue to get great service here.  They get me in and out quickly, great cars every time and frequent follow up to see if I need anything else

This location never has the car that I reserved. Reserved an economy car and they gave me a full-size SUV. Service is quick and staff is wonderful.

My overall experience was good.the only problem was that I got the truck with a quarter of a tank of gas and filled it up before I left on my trip and I returned it with a half a tank.when I asked if I could get a small refund for the difference I was told that they don't do that.I felt that they could've given my something.even $5 would've been great.
