My own personal experience of renting from Enterprise... Have always been great. I have never once had a bad experience dealing with Enterprise Associates. Everyone make everything feel so simple. Thanks

The van we rented smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The rep did a quick wash which got rid of the smell for about 10 minutes. This was very disturbing especially when there are stickers inside saying it's a non-smoking vehicle. Plus, the smell was so strong it had to have been there awhile - it was definitely not from one use!! Fortunately when we got back and we made our dissatisfaction known, we were taken care of. Customer Service was spectacular, vehicle was not.

Car was great. Tgey dropped it off and picked it up with minimal interaction. Would definitely rent from them again!
