The moment you walked in, they immediately acknowledge you with smiles and warm greeting. While they are working with other customers, thy take couple of second to ask you are returning or picking up. These staffs work efficiently and I experienced excellent customer service

I use Enterprise for all my local rentals.They are always very helpful and good, and the cars I rent are always clean and work well. It's always been a  pleasant experience. My only complaint is that if you return the car after hours, it's not clear what to do. There's a sign that says you should put the keys in an envelope and put the envelope in drop box, but there are no envelopes.

Enterprise is the one rental place I keep coming to, every time I need a vehicle. Their service is excellent, the prices can’t be beat. My family wouldn’t rent anywhere else. This last time they went out of their way to find me a vehicle that would fit my needs, within 24 hrs, at the fern park location in Florida. Their whole team of associates was AMAZING!😁👍

Great place to rent a car. Professional,friendly and fast. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and even received an upgrade. Thanks to Laura (so?) and staff for your great work. I'll see you again in few months!
