The vehicle we rented (a mini van) was not on the lot when we arrived for pick up.  Alexandria and the other staff went out of their way to locate a van for us quickly and get it up to the 96th street location.  This could have been a bad situation, but Alexandria took great care of us!

I was treated with great respect and with speed. The two working at this branch (Alex and I forget her name) the day my car went into emergency repair was phenomenal. There were very limited cars in the city and they worked with me and got me into something quickly and efficiently. Great customer service skills. Thanks!

Left a very expensive pair of sunglasses in car, noone went through car before renting out 3 hours later.  Called atleast 10 times over 3 weeks.  Finally call at end of 3 weeks and they claim they called me and left voicemails saying neither the customer or employees found them.  Someone is lying.
