We've been going there a lot lately because our car has been in the shop quite frequently there's always a happy smiley face to greet is and the cars are always nice and clean

Awful experience. They are totally unprofessional. Still waiting for my explanation about my $100 deposit and the second $5 and something second charge on my card. If some could please call Leanna Mitchell back like you said you would almost 4 days ago and explain. That would be great! P.S. and don't tell me it's because the rental I received not asked for was more then my insurance would be paying daily because the shaddy character who gave me the rental not a rental I asked for or chose was given stayed everything was worked out with my insurance. Was that a lie?

Awesome place to rent a car.   Willing and helpful staff who seem to really enjoy their work.   Excellent cars too!  I seem to get a free upgrade every time I cone in.

I just had another positive experience at the LA Avenue location for Enterprise here in Simi Valley,, CA. This time I needed to rent a car without several weeks of planning and scheduling my trip. The service was no less awesome and the staff easily met my last-minute need with professionalism and dispatch. I love a relationship with a business that works hard to keep their return customers and provide staff members who are genuinely interested in their patrons.
