I rent close to weekly and it is nice to be greeted by name and the staff knows that I know the drill about renting and logistic.  All staff I have worked with are great.  I appreciate the suggestions when there are  car option choices available.

horrible service. car was supposed to be delivered 12-26-17. no call, no car, no anything. So i graciously said, ok lets do tomorrow 12-27-17. same thing no call, no car. horrible customer service. would not recommend using Issaquah Enterprise. if i could give less than one star, I would.

Don't look for a rental anywhere else. The car was fabulous, the staff were fabulous, the rates were fabulous. What more can I say? Why fabulous of course.

Staff was extremely helpful in challenging Holiday circumstances and continued their excellent service upon our return. They definitely represented Enterprise well.
