Love this Enterprise location. It's not often I need to rent a car, maybe once every few years, but I always come here. They have genuinely friendly staff, great customer service and even my corporate rate at Avis can't beat their prices. I just had a 4-day rental on a brand-new 2018 F-150 (beautiful truck BTW) and after tax it was $160 - seriously how are you going to beat that? Of course, they always pick you up, and this time they dropped me back ant my mechanic even though he was outside of their normal service area. Great experience every time, highly recommend!!

Calling Enterprises to see what cars have. Excellent customer service by Tiana on phone. Even though I didn't go ahead (they didn't have my choice) she still gave time to answer my questions. Next time for sure!

I have always had a great experience with this location and they have good selection of cars and mostly they are all 2017/2018 models.. and in good condition

The service was very friendly, but they didn't show to the pre-arranged pick-up until a couple of phone calls and a 30 minutes delay. Got a nice free upgrade, but I was late to work.

I believe the employees name was Sam, he has amazing customer service. I called around all day trying to find a Tahoe in Toronto. I called several branches, they all told me all the Tahoes were booked. I called this location, Sam was able to locate and bring it to his location within 30 minutes of my call. I have been to several other enterprise locations, but by far these guys have the best customer service.
