The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The truck I rented was in very good shape and was an excellent ride. Will be returning when I need another rental.

A reservation was made a week prior to needing their services, and 2 hours after the reservation, a car was not ready. Another incident where a woman had to go to Atlanta but has to go to Macon. Their service was good a year ago but for this visit was unfortunately awful.
