Am sorry to have to report, after using these folks for years (with excellent results), that my last visit was a disaster.  After returning the car, I noticed several damaged ares on MY personal car (that I had left parked at Amato Ford, where this Enterprise office is located)---flat tire, scratched rim, dent in the hood, many scratches down the passenger side.  Enterprise person did try to help--expressed concern and sorrow, and walked me to Amato to report.  Amato guys (sitting around in chairs, leaning back, hands crossed behind head), essentially said "Nothing we can do, call your insurance company".  No concern, no apology, no "well, can we at least offer to have our garage change your flat?"--a big fat nothing!  Last time I rent from this Enterprise location at Amato--and I sure would NOT recommend you buy a car or truck from Amato either, if this is the kind of "caring" service you can expect!

These guys are great! Very helpful and easy to work with. I won't rent a car from anywhere else!

Enterprise is the best and this branch took good care of us. Even gave us a complementary upgrade!
