Great customer service by Ben Hardiman and Ryan McCarthy with my car rental last week.  My car was ready when I arrived and drop off was quick.  I'll definitely use this Enterprise location again and give them a good recommendation.

After several poor experiences at this location, this was the final one.  This last time, I reserved an intermediate size car, upon arrival  I was given a Compact billed at the Intermediate rate. When I explained that this wasn't the car I reserved, I was told it was correct and in addition there were no other cars available. When my husband joined me and we showed them our reservation, the reply was the system must of made an error. Suddenly with my husband there and the reservation in black and white a car was available; funny. Instead of finishing the transaction with us, I was told we had to wait while someone who appeared to be a friend was helped. By this time we had been there 45 minutes and I was late for an appointment. We decide not to rent.  None of the past representatives have been very customer service focused, but this last one was the worst. He was a liar, rude, condescending and misogynistic.  Enterprise used to be the premier company to rent a safe clean car, how it's the place where the people who work there feel they are too good for the job yet can't perform it well.

I reserved a rental 2 weeks in advance due to the extreme cold weather and holidays. The night before I was booked to pick up the rental, they called me asking if I had a major credit card. I said I have a debit card. I was told a ultilty bill and a deposit would be needed. I said no problem. Then I was asked if I had an in state drivers license. Of course not, I'm flying in from Florida. They said they can not rent to me with an out of state drivers license and tried to tell me I can rent from the airport with an out of state license. I know from experience that when you rent from any airport the same vehicle for the same days will cost 2 to 3 times the price of a rental at a location outside the airport. No thanks. I asked how late they were open so I can call back and figure out something since they waited to call me with this at the last minute literally 12 hours before pick up time, and I was told they close in 5 minutes. After getting off the phone, I tried to call back 2 minutes later and the voice mail was already turned on saying they were closed. Thanks for the professionalism and wonderful business ethics. I'll be sure to spread the word alot further than here. I highly recommend NOT using this location as they will leave you in a bind with last minute notice. If I could leave a less score than one star I would. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Above and Beyond!!!!  I needed to rent a cargo van to transport decor for a wedding... they were so nice to me on the phone, even running out to the cargo van and taking measurements for me!!!  When I arrived, checking in was a breeze, the woman behind the desk had many  great suggestions for me since this was the first time I have EVER driven anything this large!  I highly recommend this location; such a positive experience and returning was so easy, on my time, since they have a key drop, it didn't need to be done during their time!!!  Always a plus with busy schedules!!!

Very poor service! It would be best to go to a different location & rent a car. Perhaps the worst experience, zero attention to detail for the customer. If you value your money do not look into working with this location.
