They deserve ZERO STARS. Bait and switch. If you make a reservation with them (they do not pick you up), when you arrive they probably won't have the car you reserved. In our case, they had no cars period....even having a reservation and calling them to confirm. They won't even call you a cab home.

I have had the opportunity to rent cars from this Enterprise outlet many times. There is not one time that I have gone away unhappy or unsatisfied with their service standards. Nick and Oscar, two of the Enterprise representatives whom I have had the pleasure to meet, are absolutely wonderful dudes who make sure that my expectations are fully met. I will definitely recommend anyone to rent cars from Enterprise, and definitely this outlet at Echo Avenue in Seaside. Great job gentlemen, I look forward to seeing you all real soon!
