They are friendly, efficient, and have wonderful customer service. I have rented 3 times over the last year and as soon as I walk in they remember me and I'm in and out in 20min. They are amazing!!!

Switched out my rental due to trucks were to high and some to low because of my age and disability's the front agent Paul awesome guy never hesitated to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my rental A+++++ customer service  Salinas Auto Mall Enterprise 👍👍

The people that work there are awesome. Very quick to pick me up. The only downfall is that they are trying to charge me on a bumper that looks perfectly fine during post inspection not knowing that there was two clips that hold the bumper hidden inside the wheel well that are broken. This should be a manufacturer recall but instead they're trying to put the blame on me. So helpful hint: when you're doing a pre-inspection make sure you tug on every part of the car to make sure nothing is loose. I have done business with them many times. Would have gave it a 5-star but unfortunately this situation has tainted further business with them. Bummer

Brianna and Chris handled them selves like true professionals. I needed a car for Thanksgiving most of the other car rentals raise their prices and do not have the car you want! that is why I only deal with Enterprise. Thank you Pedro for always picking me up on time.

tony did a great job taking my car reservation and the car was ready to go on the day i needed it. rent often to go to l.a. with no hassle  and good gas mileage. this allows me not to have car payments because i always get a new car for the time i need it!
