Our flight was delayed for over 2 hours so it was well after midnight before we could reach the Enterprise desk. Although the desk was due to close at 11:00pm the staff were still there to help passengers retrieve their rental cars. The staff were bright & cheerful & extremely helpful. We received a complimentary upgrade, which was especially helpful since we had a one & a half hour drive to our hotel. The Enterprise people were great! We cannot thank them enough for their help & the welcome we were given when we finally arrived. Their happy greeting & friendliness helped ease our concern about our late arrival. Finding the Enterprise desk & our car was very simple. We just wish all companies were as welcoming as Enterprise.

Line was short. Price was reasonable. Representative was polite and not to pushy on upgrading me. Got me on my way quickly. Dropped the keys off in the box when I returned as it was very early. I always rent at Enterprise Sanford!

Each time I got a rental car everyone was nice and helpful. Got a rental car from Tallahassee Florida downtown,  1st time they got me a car without a cruise control,  went back and they just exchange the car for one with the cruise control.  Great customer service,  great cars...  Need a rental car.... Enterprise is the place to go....  Thank you everyone.

Car was ready only took few minutes at counter.  Have always been happy with my service.   Returned to a different airport no issues.  Don't like they automatically charge me tolls when I have a sun pass.  I have to follow-up and get the pass charges removed.

Services was prompt.  Very little waiting. Price was reasonable for the car which was very.clean. Thank you for the friendly...welcoming service.
