The week after Christmas I rented from this Enterprise location after being rear-ended in an accident. I would estimate I've rented from this location at least a half dozen times before. When I picked up the car I had no idea how long I'd need the car, so the agent on charged me for the first day's rental and a deposit. While walking around the car for the inspection I asked him what the weekly rate would be, knowing I'd need it for a while. He told me it would be $269 a week, and later told me he could do $238 a week before I left. I ended up having the rental for three weeks. When I returned it they charged me $299 a week for the three weeks, and had no concern for what I'd been told when picking it up. I was so annoyed I left there walking instead of allowing them to give me a ride to the dealership. Obviously I should have been more careful about confirming the rate at the time of rental, but was in a hurry because of everything else going on. I won't be renting from Enterprise again.

I always have had a pleasant experience. Never had an issue. Jason Schlueter is an awesome employee. Love the fact that he is friendly and make sure your car rental needs are meet.

I love this location for Rental Car service! Customer service is top of the line! They are personable, you receive clean cars and the staff is friendly from the Branch Manager Jason down the line. Would recommend this location.

I've been renting from this location for several years and sadly this company has gone down hill. Some of the employees are amazing and other ones, not so much. However, that's not a big deal. The major issues I have are calling for a pick up and them forgetting to pick me up. This has happened several times. Lastly, their inventory of cars is always scarce. I've been almost forced to rent a premium vehicle at times because their full size vehicle is so lacking. However, nothing will change because they seem to be getting all the business they need from insurance companies. So, I avoid renting from them as much as possible. I've gone from renting 30 days a year to around 10.

Never had an issue. Employees are always helpful. I have had three rentals in the last two months. Had two Jeep Compass and a Ford Fusion. The Fusion was very nice and well equipped. The Jeeps on the other hand were terrible. Not because of Enterprise, Just poorly made and severely under powered.
