Great service, great and super nice employees, fast service. We got there about a half an hour before we had scheduled to pick up our vehicle and they asked us to wait for a few minutes while our vehicle was finishing in their shop, while we waited they were very nice and made conversation. When we the employee showed us to our vehicle she was very nice about and went through and around it with is, she explained the vehicle to us and the drop off process. The Nissan SUV we had gotten was great! Clean, ran good, didn't cause us any problems at all. We dropped off at the Sanford Orlando Airport which went well also, it was very early in the morning so it was just super easy. They emailed us their bill and charged us the right amount. They do tack on $200 or more when you get your vehicle for their safety so they don't get screwed and put the money back onto your card if all checks in ok with the vehicle, which they did for us. Like i said, its a great place with very nice polite employees.

My experience was great!  Fast service in less than 15 minutes. The staff member, Adonis, was very friendy, courteous, and professional.

Fantastic service. I stopped by to rent a large van to haul my friends [8] to an event, I was greeted by a nice fellow who pointed out the features to make my trip comfortable. The rental was scheduled to be picked up the next day and when I arrived everything was ready. I asked if I could add two other drivers and no problem and was given a discount for them. When I returned the rental they where closed and I dropped off the keys in the drop box. Monday morning I received an email with the invoice, deal finished with the agreed price. Simple easy and on time with no strings attached. More companies should operate like Enterprise.

The agent was friendly and efficient in issuing the economical Chrysler 200 for my trip to Tampa.  He offered the prepaid fuel option for $2.04 per gallon which I accepted.  My trip in the 200 was pleasant and uneventful.  Upon my return Monday afternoon the female agent was also personable and expedient in processing my return.  The only reason I'm leaving a 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 is that the tall black gentleman who dropped me off was unsociable and seemed annoyed to have been redirected from his desk work.  Other than that my experience with this branch was world class.

I've rented from Enterprise at this location several times, the staff has always been great and I have always been happy with the car and service. I plan on always using this location when I rent locally.
