Had to rent through National in order to get a reasonable rate for a week. The rate using the National Emerald Card was about half what i was quoted when calling directly. However, the KIA Optima was waiting at the airport located 8 miles out of town and was a better vehicle than I expected. I got good gas mileage and it was comfortable driving. It also had a large enough trunk that all our luggage would fit.I turned in the car with a full tank of gas and there were no additional charges.It turned out to be a good rental and I will probably do it again.

First, did my reservation on line but local office had to pull this info and they did not pick my up at scheduled time. Online needs to fix this by sending notifications to local offices not having local office having to pull this info! I appreciate that they upgraded me as a courtesy, thanks for this but vehicle had a strong smoke smell This vehicle needed to be deodorized before rented. I will reconsider renting again from enterprise but will call direct not online and ask that I receive a non smoker vehicle.

This is my local branch and have used 3 times now. Great staff who are always friendly, Yolanda is awesome and a pleasure to deal with, she is always very thorough inspecting the car to make sure you don't get stuck with previous damage (not that it matters cause she sells the hell out of the insurance lol) and the manager (I can't remember her name) is also a joy to deal with and upgraded me to a full size car because they didn't have the model of midsize car I wanted! Highly recommend this location!

This place will scam you, beware!!!! They rented us a truck with damage to the quarter panel and bumper, which they noted about the panel. When we took it back they said there was damage to the bumper that we will have to pay for. Anyone with any sense could see that it happened the same time the quarter panel was damaged. I wonder how many times they will collect off the same damage. The damaged truck was also very dirty when we got it.

Their car's and customer service representatives are very nice but they do not maintain the car's in the best interest of customers. I have been renting car's with them in the past as well, this time the oil was not replaced in the car and the tire pressure was low, I had a drive of 850 miles one way and by the time I understood the functioning of the buttons the oil was already at 8% which should have been changed at least in the range of 25%. A mistake they made and I was asked to pay for the oil change which I don;t remember signing up for. P.S. I didn't care as well and returned the car after driving 1700 miles with oil at 0%. *:->
