In past five years cause of the smooth and great service, I only used Enterprise Rental Car for my rental car needs. I often travel for business and need one-way or round-trip rentals, and overall never had any glaring problems with them. Their customer service is excellent, and I love their pick up and drop off service. That feature makes life so much easier and saves me the hassle of asking friends for a ride or paying for cab service. The local office in Monticello, NY though small is great. Michael and the Manager are always good to me and greet me warmly. They have come to know me by my first name now, and that feels good. The only critique I would give from my recent rentals is after-business hours drop off options. I was asked to call the specific location for their policy, but did not get a call back. But fortunately the main Enterprise phone line had instructions on where and how to drop cars off during off business hours. In the end it all worked out super and without a hassle. I got confirmation from Enterprise they got the car I left just fine. Cheers to Enterprise. I will continue to just use them for all my car rental needs. Great business policies leads to good customer loyalty -- I am an example of such a customer of Enterprise Rental Car service. Best, Jim.

Always decent car selections and the pricing is reasonable especially when you rent by the week or by the month with them

The staff here really do there best to be accommodating. Monticello in the summer is a challenging location Being that this is not an airport location the cars often do not have a full tank of gas. I think that policy should be changed. Every rental should have a full tank of gas. Car choice greatly varies.

I rented over the weekend...a 2 week rental and the size car that they had for my price range was slightly smaller than expected. With NO hesitation they upgraded me and sent me on my way! Very happy

They were all jammed up when I brought the rental back. Problems with the computer . Took an extra hour. Good people othrtwise.
