Should not even been giving a one star but I had to give them a one star to post a comment.. I would never ever ever send anyone to this enterprise not only was they rude and hateful and like to argue and hang up on people!! They also charged my credit card way way more money than they was suppose to.. I had to get a rental as my car was in the shop my insurance agreed to pay for the car when I was to return the car the agreed amount I was suppose to be charged is now triple the amount it was suppose to be. I am very very upset about it. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. I will also be sure to spread the word on how I was lied to and treated as well! So when I called and talked to the guy at enterprise I was told the amount was for the fuel for the car the last time I check gas was no 123.00 so his lie was that there is surcharges and extra taxes and this and than. It’s a joke to deal with enterprise in general! Please at all cause avoid this place!

This is a great place to rent a car.  Staff are helpful, polite, and attentive to the needs of their customers.

Made my reservation via mobile app. Less than 5 minutes after confirmation, Cory calls to tell me they received my reservation and assured me my car would be waiting the next morning. Sure enough, 0800 they next morning I walk in and everything is good to go. Start to finish, Cory's level of professionalism and his personality made this a winner. Any wonder why Enterprise is my "go to" when I need a car or SUV?

I'm not even going to give them a one star. I have had the worse customer service ever. The 2017 Nissan Altima is awful to have to rent. My cousin a senior citizen who is on oxygen 24/7 plugged her breathing machine into the charger, well guess what it wouldn't come back out, there for she had to only travel where the Nissan went. Our trip was cut short as a result and instead of using the full tank of gas that I purchased the car was returned with over half a tank. That's not the kicker though, everyone was so apologetic when I returned the car early and said they'd have to send the car to a Nissan dealership to get the cord out, but for my inconvenience they would deliver it to my house, guess who had to go back down to Enterprise and pick up the cord. I'm a 60 year old widow, this is totally unexceptable treatment for anybody. It cost me  $285. + for a terrible experience. 
They asked how they could make this right well guess what how about a full refund. And that still doesn't fix a awful trip. I was willing to let this go when they said they'd deliver the cord to my house, but over the phone I was told we don't do that.
