The staff are extremely friendly and helpful!   From the management down they are wonderful.  I have rented from them a few times and my Father only uses them and quite frequently for work.  They make the process so easy and quick, and are always avaialble to answer questions.   They are such a well run office and I really enjoy talking with the staff!!!!!!

The locations have me the run around. I'm very disappointed that I had to wait 3 days for a rental. Then the Laburnum location told me that my insurance didn't approve my rental until that Friday when my rental was approved on Tuesday the same day as my accident. I called my insurance and then they reached out to this location and they said yes but they didn't have availability til Friday.  I contacted the Lightfoot, Va location they said that the Laburnum location told them that they didnt have anything til Saturday for me after they scheduled a pickup with me for Friday.  I missed 3 days of work because of the back and forth with this company. I usually enjoy my rentals with enterprise but they dropped the ball with this reservation. Bad customer service on this one!

I've enjoyed renting from enterprise but feel the customer service has dropped over the years..takes to long to get a representative the last car I rented for my out of town trip the key faub didn't work and only had 1 key.
The agent just told me about earning points 2 weeks ago I've rented several times before then and was never made aware of this incentive. Didn't get any special offers to upgrade this time like last spring was a little disappointing..

It was quite a pleasurable experience dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car personnel from the initial telephone interaction to the excellent driver who picked us up to the sign in and sign out reps. The best way to describe the staff is to say that they were personable, professional, attentive to our needs and very competent in their delivery of services. I would use them again in a heartbeat. And, I highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking a great rental car experience.

Easy to work with.   Needed to keep my rental an extra day, no issues.  Gave me a ride back to my car at the repair shop.  Will definitely use them again.
