I made arrangements last week with River City Ford to take my car in for repairs and they arranged (and will be paying for) a rental with Enterprise. I was told the car would be waiting for me when I dropped my car off at 8:30 am. Instead I had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle from Enterprise to pick me and another person up and drive us out to their location past the perimeter. When we arrived we were both told that they had no vehicles available for us and they didn't know how long it would take to get vehicles for us. I asked why they would give away vehicles that had been booked and their only response was that they had an influx of last minute bookings from other dealerships. So it doesn't matter if or when you book anything as reservations mean nothing to Enterprise. This is not an acceptable way to do business and there is no way I would ever trust Enterprise again. Fortunately they gave me a ride home so I could wait for a vehicle in the comfort of my own home but I can only imagine being stranded somewhere on holiday without a vehicle I booked. I will never do business with Enterprise again and River City Ford has lost any potential for my business in the future and the guaranteed business of my family that was waiting to see how my experience went before they booked their own repairs that need doing moon their vehicle. So congratulations Enterprise, you not only lost business for yourself but for one of your business partners and your partner will be informed that you have cost them business ... think about that when you try to renew that contract. Very poor business practices.

Portage West location: Terrible customer service! Rude employees! I normally use the Enterprise on Ellice (they have outstanding customer service!) Sadly, I was staying close to the Portage West. The employees at Portage West Enterprise refused to drive my husband and I home, even though I inquired about it before I came to return the car  (in case we needed to make arrangements) and they said they would be able to drop me off at my address; however, when I dropped the car off the guy at the counter said they would drop my husband and I off at the nearest bus stop even though our house is just a 8 minute drive from Enterprise. Never again. Lost me as a customer.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat. Terrible service, terrible employees and the worst and laziest manager I have ever met. Dropped the car off at a location they said they would pick it up from and looked over the car and nothing was wrong only to receive a letter a week later saying there was damage that was done when it wasn't in my custody and they were going to charge me. Dealt with the manager here and got it dealt with thinking that it was all over with and we didn't have to pay. Only for this lazy manager to send it to a different location and then refuse to talk to me when I called back to inquire about it. Fire your manager and get someone who is component at their job and not a baby and can deal with customers.

I just wanted to bring attention to the excellent service that we received from Haven Jdi at the 3965 Portage Ave. location. Friendly, courteous and professional are the first things that come to mind. The company bosses should put the effort into keeping this gentleman around & groom him for bigger and better prospects. His service is why I would rent again and the main reason for suggesting others go there.
