I just rent an suburban from February  9 to the 11 and I forgot my ray bans in the sunglasses holder of the van. I called the agency two times and also I went fiscally to the desk and the person who attended me was very nice and professional but he said that He will find out and let me know but he didn't. I'm pretty sure that I leave my sunglasses in the car. Can somebody help me please  ? probably the sunglasses are still in the car and    nobody has noticed.  The reservation was on Yaneisy Crespo. Thank you very much

Fast and quick service. AARP discount applied. One day rental cost too high though. Need to be more competitive price wise. Doubt I'll rent again from this company.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helpful. The car itself smelled odd, like a cross between an old PB&J sandwich with musty body odor. Not worth $110+ for the day.
