A severe winter storm required me to change my travel plans/reservation. This Enterprise office was a pleasure to do business with. The changes were made, their driver picked me up at my hotel right on time, the staff was flawless, the car was excellent, returning the car was, again, flawless, and being driven to the Amtrak station made this all a very positive experience. This Enterprise office gets my highest recommendation.

My friends car was having issues but we still needed to go out of town. We were searching for the best deal and I found that Enterprise Rental had a great weekend special $9.99 a day, We chose a compact car for four people. It was in our budget. Well Enterprise gave use an upgrade to a SUV and when we got back we went over the 300 mile limit by 20 miles and they excused the overage. I am so happy with Enterprise Rental-A-Car.

Both locations in Hampton VA on Mercury Blvd had very poor selections. Customer Service at 1004 Mercury Blvd is terrible! I came in to pick up a vehicle and was ignored. The vehicle I requested was a BMW in the lot. I was told the vehicle was "damaged" although is was presented in circulation with the other vehicles. I asked why didn't they put the vehicle in the rear of the facility? I was told some nonsense. It is my opinion they racially profiled me as a person of color as a high risk despite I was there on an insurance claim from a top-tier insurance company.
