If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would . Since day one I was blown away from the outstanding customer service I received from kyle and Jeff . They were very professional and courteous.  These two men went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible experience . I wish all companies were run by such compassionate individuals.  Enterprise is lucky to have these gentleman be the face of their company. If you are looking for a car rental facility that will treat you with the utmost respect do yourself a favor and use enterprise of Mahopac NY you won't be disappointed. Great staff and excellent service. I would highly recommend this rental location. From management to support staff, they are all helpful and courteous.

They were able to give us an upgrade with full insurance since there wasn't a basic car available. Actually he scammed us. He gave us the car upgrade but we still only had basic insurance. Lesson learned. Read what you are signing, don't trust what they say.

They delivered me a dirty car and kept telling me I’m responsible.  Called customer service they brush you off with excuses.  Do they think we are stupid,  the customer always has the power they need to be help accountable for not doing the job.  They have that nasty mentality ,  I know it’s not all the employees that work there but the one that we’re on staff on January 3, 2018 at 5:00,  they said if I came early they would have washed my car.  The car that I paid for.

Professional and courteous staff.   They accommodated my requests without hesitation.   I am an amputee and found it easy getting there and around their facility.
