I called and scheduled a pickup at the last minute. When I arrived, the waiting room was packed filled like an emergency room after a mass tragedy. However, there was NOTHING tragic about the staff. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately acknowledged and greeted. I noticed they respectfully did the same with everyone that entered. A weekend special was in effect which contributed to the high demand for vehicles and volume of customers. The entire staff maintained calmness, professionalism and a smile throughout. Some businesses, unfortunately, tend to ignore or be short with customers when extremely busy. Here, they focus on the customer because CUSTOMER SERVICE is their business. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Very polite and they always try to work with you. You might experience a bit of a wait, but be assured that when they get to you, they will give you the same quality attention they provide all of their customers. I like going to this branch, despite the wait, because they take care of their customers.

I did my reservation in the internet and pre paid to get a better rate. When the  day arrived and went to pick up the car, the car was not there and they did not have another standard size car. They gave me a free upgrade which is good, however the car that I had picked it should had been there. Something else, there was only one person working there, the phone rang like crazy, she took calls while helping people at the counter. The customers waiting were getting anxious. They definitely need additional staff, the woman that helped me said that they are busy all the time. So why don’t they have additional workers?

Great customer service!!!
There was a problem in the system with my online reservation saying my reservation wasn't confirmed when I arrived to pick up the Full Sized SUV that I reserved. I even phoned the day prior to find out bout picking it up early and was told it wouldn't be ready until my original pickup time the next day. Arrived to find out it still wasn't available for me to rent.  The manager was very  helpful in resolving the issue the very next day.

The lady was very helpful and made some  changes that allowed me to get the necessary type car that suited my needs. Pleasant and professional.
