I made a reservation and everything went smoothly.Loved the Suv I got had no issues what so ever.Pick up and returning of Vehicle was a easy.Had a great car rental experience thanks to Sam.

Never a hassle!  Customer service is great.  Have rented a vehicle from this location multiple times. Sam the manager always sees to it that everything runs smoothly from the time you pick up your rental to the time you return it.  Recently rented a  12 passenger van for a trip to Oregon and got rear ended.  Thought we'd have to fill out a ton of paperwork, but explained to Sam what happened and he took care  of it!

Manager was superb, we were there on a busy season to go to lake tahoe. He called us a day before our rental, He was worried that we might need a 4wd but he checked the weather again  to our destination on the day that we rented the car and he said its ok not to. We got a really great car at a great price. He also introduces us to the car and all its functions and specs, which is a first for me coz ive been to a lot of rental agencies and they will just hand you the keys. I will go back again and rent a car to enterprise pittsburg railway ave on my next visit to North California.

Got the car i wanted at the time i needed the transaction was smooth and fast sam and anthony did a good job. Even got me a ride home after returning my rental. 5 star rating
