Every time I visit this site, the service I receive is excellent.  These individuals provide excellent Customer Service.  I highly recommend this office.  My interaction with all 4 has been superb.  Terri has taken care of me the majority of times, but the others provide a very pleasant and enjoyable interaction as well.  Keep up the great work!

Great place with on the ball people and friendly as ever!! 

Update: sadly I will not be able to use this place again.  They do not have the same rental policies they used to and would not rent to me without a credit card.  However, in the recent past  they had rented to me without a cc but, policy is policy.  Also, I mentioned over the phone that I had rented one in the past with a debit card and they confirmed a debit card was acceptable.  But when I got there they wouldn't accept it.

Enterprise keeps hassling me to write a review on my last experience. Be careful what you ask for...
I reserved an intermediate car and was given a Nissan Versa (absolute basic model at that).
The manufacturer classifies this model as a subcompact.
I was not happy driving that thing on a 7-hour road trip.
Yes I could have upgraded, but I have to follow my company policy.

Apart from my dissatisfaction with the disingenuousness of the company, the staff at the Wylie facility was professional and  friendly.

I paid for the rental of a compact car. I received a 4 door Mitsubishi Mirage which is the exact car Enterprise pictures on their website for an Economy car. I told the rep I selected a compact car & not the smallest. He said the smallest only has 2 doors & he could get me in a van if I need something bigger. The cost between the 2 vehicle classes is not large but I want what I pay for. If the mirage is a compact car then Enterprise should remove it as the picture for the economy car. If it's in fact an economy car, Enterprise needs to train its reps to be honest. I also never received the rental contract which was suppose to be emailed.
