this is my 8th rental this year. very good group of guys. My insurance company sent me here in January poor customer service. I refused to take the car after sitting and waiting for and hour. But the new guys treatment me very respectful. they are why I continue to rent from enterprise and will be buying a car from enterprise next year. DBK

I rent by online Standard car pic show buick or similar . when i go to pick up t car they try to give a small kia soul.. Not similir at all. Then i pay more for t full size. When i get into t  car was smell at cigaratte we try all t cars, and  all smell like that. I talk t guy change me t car for one that dosent smell  like that beacuse i have to drive 14hr w my daughter and my pregnant wife.. He said in bad way you take the kia or you rent it to someone else.. And he cancel t rent wihtout my permission.. I have to cancel all my vacation beacuse of that.. Dont go there!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I was very pleased. The staff treated my daughter and I like they knew us. They were friendly and professional. Great guys, Jamal was awesome.

No Customer Service location, Tried to call for 2 days, phone rings off the hook, answered once, put me on hold then hung up. Had a reservation, but cant even get a hold to pickup or deliver.  Very frustrated.
