Worst experience ever.  This location in Eagle Pass, TX give Enterprise a bad name. This is the only car rental company in the area and they will go broke in weeks with other car rental company around.  On this location, like the others reviews, you will be able to reserve your car, the problem will start as soon you step a foot on that office....good luck!!!! They will never have your vehicle ready, problems will start coming in and they will tell you to go home and wait for a call to pick up your vehicle on a later hour...of course you will never get the call.  Horrible horrible experience everytime!!!!!

I've always been treated with a smile, but I had to wait two hours for my car to be ready given that I reserved it 3 weeks in advance.

Stay away from this place.  This business is nothing but a bunch of bald-faced liars.  My corporate travel department made a reservation for 8 AM this morning.  The reservation was made before they closed the night before.  I arrived in the mirning to be told they have no cars available, but would later this morning.  I'm now being told they won't have a car until 5:30 PM.  Really helps me out to make my 4:30 PM flight to San Antonio.

I made a reservation for a vehicle with enough time. The vehicle wasn't ready and all I was told is they are running late today. No courtesy call to let me know prior, no discounts offered, no apology. Just an attitude of "too bad so sad". Things may go south but at least make it easy on your customers who rely on your service.
