I rent often from my local Enterprise. They are very busy. Until this last time renting I would’ve given them 4.5 stars! Very attentive, accommodating. Reasonable rates. However, I was charged 175 dollars more than quoted this last time. The gentleman charged for unwanted insurance and didn’t refund the 150 debit deposit. I asked for an email receipt that this was in fact corrected and was told I would get one, never did! That’s a lot of money when the original rental cost was only 60 dollars. I have heard other companies now allow renting with a debit card so I may try another and have my money handled a little more carefully. Had I not called 10 days later it would’ve never been corrected. Again, it was very busy that day, end of shift, turn in thirty minutes to close, but still. That’s a very big mistake based on the cost of my totally bill. So I am now on the fence about going back, their awesome staff is what makes me think I’ll give it one more try. They really are a nice group of people at the Hixson office, but that’s a huge mistake so we will see!! Probably soon since I rent on average once a month.

No hassles when u return your car. Hand them the keys they do a 2 min. Walk around and your done. Only place we rent from great people,prices

I just came here few days ago, and had a very wonderful experience. The lady is very nice, simply just made my experience a great start of my day. We needed a rental car, they even came to pick us up from the car repair place. Great service. Would recommend anyone who needs a rental car, also recommend you call ahead so that they know you are coming. Not a must but will highly recommend. I am just glad we have an Enterprise close by.

While once quick and helpful, we were left waiting long after our appointment. There were people lined up outside the door. The old, more friendly, and knowledgeable staff seems to be absent. And replaced by clerks unfamiliar with rentals.

I was expecting a waiting car. They had none we reserved, and had to go elsewhere to pick one up.

Needed a truck to haul some equipment from Charlotte NC to Signal Mountain TN for the weekend.  I went online to book it on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday in Hixson.  Representatives made sure I was taken care of quickly.  I will rent again from them but maybe a convertible next time.
