I'm not sure if this is typical of this branch based on the other great reviews, but my experience was a nightmare.  Weeks in advance, I reserved a standard-size car. When I showed up on the day that I was supposed to leave for my vacation, I was told that they did not have any standard-size cars available.  Mistake #1.  I was then told that the only car they had available was a small economy car.  We had way too much luggage for this car, but was asked if I wanted to see the vehicle.  Well, not only was it a small Escort, it was bright red - a police magnet!!! Mistake #2.  I want to support our local businesses, and strongly believe in this.  However, the element of surprise on the day of your event does not encourage doing future business.  In the future, if you do not have someone's car available, let them know days in advance so that other arrangements can be made.  It's called "customer service."
