I had no problems  when I arrived to pick up my rental
 I received fast and curtious service.

My vehicle was being repaired and I was told that a full size car was being reserved. My reservation was made before 7a by the insurance company.  When I arrived at 5p there were no full size cars just compact, so I ended up with a Dodge Dart. I was told they would call me on Monday to swap out the vehicle,  no call. I called and after a week they finally told me they had a car. I could not make it in that day, spoke with an associate, and was told ok when I advised I would be there tomorrow. Called back first thing the next morning and was told they no longer had the vehicle and they cannot hold cars. The tags expired on the vehicle so I had to stop by the office and a lady was in there requesting a full size car. She was able to get one but the first one she picked out they said it was reserved. So reservations only apply for some customers?  I've rented from this location before and I've always been pleased with the service but this time I was truly disappointed.
