Man where do I start. They came and picked me up right away  at the hotel I was at. Super friendly when I arrived from I was in and out really fast. I accidentally left my work phone in the car and they brought it to the hotel I was staying at. They didn't have to to that whatsoever. The hotel was pretty far and they went out of their way to get it to me. That's costumer service. If that doesn't make you rent from them then you are stupid. Amazing amazing amazing

rent here!  no, really, rent here.  i have used enterprise for more than two decades (and every other rental company).  the people here are simply the best staff i have encountered.  they take amazing care of me - not just the pickup/drop off kind of care, the "we really value you as a customer" kind of care.  
i'm there on a regular basis for my work and wouldn't want to deal with any place else.  best. staff. ever.

This was our first Enterprise, Gardner experience—and it was a great one. Everyone on the Enterprise team was super-friendly, extroverted and helpful. The small facility is clean and new. We'd just gotten off a flight in Worcester, so this smooth experience will be remembered...and we'll be back. 👍👍👍👍👍

Awful experience, i will NEVER go back to this company EVER! everything was miscommunication from the get go. I was told i had to pay a $250 deposit yet when i got home from the rental place the first day i was being charge a $250 deposit plus the full cost of the rental, $1000 without any explanation! now i am learning that when i was given the option between two of their coverage plans (one of which i HAD to select)even though i had my own insurance and was never told it was optional, so i was charged almost $300 in car insurance through enterprise when i already have my own active car insurance policy and now enterprise is telling me "too bad, you arent going to be reimbursed" UNREAL ENTERPRISE, UNREAL!

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. They made a mistake charging me then after 6 weeks want me to make the payment in full. Had to call corporate just to find out CODY is making up storys because he cannot admit his mistake. They refused to take payment unless we came into the office but we drop off the car and then they decided to take UNAUTHORIZED payments off my card. Go figure it was the right amount. lol Enterprise itself was awsome the customer service at that office was terrible.
