So I called today and one of the girls I dont Remember her name was very unprofessional and ghetto as can be. Talk about poor customer service!!!! I asked her a question to how Winter Haven is different than Bartow. And she got all ghetto on me and couldnt answer the question.  "Ma'm dont get loud with me dont be screaming at me" in her ghetto and unprofesional voice. As if she was about to throw some hands or from the streets. I told her I no longer wanted to speak to her  due to her unprofessionalism. And she said I couldn't be screaming at her or her manager like that. So she did not transfer me to her manager but to headquarters.  Where the guy explained to me what she couldn't. 1. Nobody was screaming.  2. You dont know about customer service because you obviously dont know how to deal with and upset customer (me) 3. You could've just been respectful and apologize for the misunderstanding  you didnt have to get ghetto. I will never get a rental from this place due to this over the phone experience with this agent. Yes it was Bartow.  And yes they are rude,unprofessional, and have poor customer service. They dont deserve a star.

Super friendly and effective staff. I called for a drop off at Bartow Ford from Orlando, and they were here in 5 minutes to assist. We use them on a regular basis and are very happy with the staff and service.

The process got off to a rough start, but Chasity made it right. Great customer service turnaround.

I go there every month. The staff is great, but I will say they need to have more staff on site at all times. One person is not enough to handle pick ups, drop offs and phones.
