I'm a regular customer at this enterprise location. I always get good service. The last rental experience was no different. I had made reservation for a big luxury car like a Cadillac, when I got there, they had a nice Jaguar waiting for me. It's a beautiful car however the back seat is rather small for a person over 6'. I shared my concern with the staff and they switched me to a large suv, a Ford expedition with no hassle. My trip to Vegas with the family was very comfortable. I'm still a loyal customer.

Their ads are right:  they will pick you up to come rent a car.  And when you return it, they will chauffeur you to wherever you want.  No problem.

It's very easy to make a reservation, even a day ahead.  Check-in is quick and easy.  You can have your registration paperwork on paper or digitally.  I've never gotten a bad car from them, but keep an eye on the gas tank on your last day.  It could get really expensive if you don't return the car with enough gas in it.

I've rented from this location on 3 occasions and have been very satisfied each time.  It's a busy location at times, especially first thing in the morning, so plan on waiting for delivery of your vehicle.  The offer of an upgrade each time was especially appreciated and the manager was very helpful, friendly and personable.  I will continue to rent from this location on my future visits to California.

My reservation was for 8:30 when I arrived they had just started washing the car. I did not get my vehicle until almost 9am. I was still very dirty and I said something when they gave it to me but that did not seem to matter. The vehicle smelled , it had dirt everywhere on the inside. We had to take wipes and clean it ourselves because we could not stand it! To make it worse the vehicles alignment was off and kept pulling really bad!  When we made the reservation we made it for what we thought was going to be a Chevy Tahoe , but ended up with a Ford Expedition. We were told that Enterprise has not carried Tahoe for way over a year!! So, why would you advertise that on your website?? When we returned the vehicle they have us a 10% discount, that was $26.00 off.
I don't think , that makes up for waiting for a car we had reserved that was not ready, then it was dirty and it did not drive safely!!! I have rented from Enterprise several times before , not sure that I will use this branch again !!

Very friendly, courteous office.  A bit long on processing at pick-up, but how can you be mad when they're obviously juggling lots of balls - and so nice?
