This is the first time I've ever rented a car or needed to, but they've been great.

If there was a negative star they would get that.   25 mins on hold still cant get anyone on the phone, when you drive all the way out there and get attitude because they are short staffed (everyday)???? every time i call no ever answers.   That is OK though i will just use Newton Nissan for rental cars.  At least they answer the phone.
