Impeccable customer service was provided. I would have rated my experience a 5, but was not very happy with the vehicle, which was not very comfortable for the distance of over 700 miles round trip .

Vehicles was clean, I was treated with respect, and the only issue is the parking lot. Getting in and out of the lot can be tedious.

I have been a customer of Enterprise for several years and have always had excellent service.  The most recent experience I had was phenomenal!  I missed my reservation and lost the car BUT, they kindly provided another one.  I needed to be picked up.  After I called them to let them know that, I realized I had not gone to the bank.  They were eager to accommodate and without hesitation, drove me to the bank before going back to the office to sign the paperwork.  I really appreciate their kindness and great customer service!!
