The staff is very friendly! I reserve the cars online and then call two days ahead to make sure that they have my reservations and the car I ordered. They say yes and then I show up and the do not have the car available. They put me in a car that I did not order. They send you down to Poway after they call down their to make sure that they have the car I wanted. I drive all the way down there to find out that they just rented it out. After they said they would hold it. Not very happy !!! it wasted my time!!! To end up with a car I did not like to driving for one week. This has happened to me two times I am going down the hill to rent my next car.
