The people were very friendly and also very helpful. They didn't have the vehicle i wanted to rent but they were quick to get me one that was just as good if not better. I'm definitely gonna use them again whenever i need a rental car. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a vehicle.

Dissatisfied  my van I ordered was not available went to Gilroy to get another one they also didn't have a van went home with out a vehical.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a business. After making reservation on phone,  was never told I needed to bring a credit card that wasnt a debit card.  So as I get there after a 5 hour plane trip and hour long cab ride, the manager very rudely tells me that he wont rent me a car and I should have looked up the reservation policies.  I should also mention that I was traveling with my pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter and this is the only car rental place in this town.  As I get obviously upset that I'm basically stranded I say I'm going to call enterprise corporate and walk outside.  The manager follows me outside the store as I'm in the parking lot with my wife and daughter,  gets in my face and tells me that no matter what corporate says he won't rent me a car.  It was a shocking experience.   We had to call and wait for a cab to take us to the next town to rent from another company.   I never write reviews online but this was so extraordinarily awful that I felt I had to share this experience.

Ben had a very rude robotic/sarcastic tone while I was discussing my issue with him. I couldn't find a car within 3 cities and this was the only place that had one available. I had reservations with another location but not this one so when I asked if I could be accommodated for the small difference in price my insurance didn't cover and Mr  Ben said with a very sarcastic voice and I quote, "Why would I accommodate you just because you don't want to pay.... you should have made reservations with us long in adavance." Now I completely understand why I could not be accommodated I just needed to know why I could not and I did not need the disrespectful "you're not worth anything" attitude I got. Never doing business here!
