I am less than impressed with the service from this location. Lack of the ability to communicate well on their policies and as a result they become argumentative. Follow through on customer service is seriously lacking. I will not use this location maybe not enterprise again.
Friendly and helpful staff, but location does not have a key drop box. I dropped the car off in the evening and had to return at 8am the next morning to hand a key to someone.
The staff at the Streetsboro Ohio location was very very friendly and extremely professional. I can't say enough good things about them.
Had a reservation to pick up at the end of the day for a business trip. They called and said it wouldn't be ready until the morning. Went in the morning but they gave the vehicle to someone else. Had to wait for car to come back from getting service. Waited almost 1 hour. Mgr did give a discount on the rental.
Nick had me in and out the door in less than a minute when picking up and dropping off the car. Super fast and efficient. Friendly service as well. CJ gave me a lift back to my car and we talked cars and detailing along the way. Its clear he is passionate about what he does. The man deserves a raise. Thank you again.
I went into the store with a couple questions and was helped out by a very nice gentleman by the name of Ethan Jackson. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to work with! Great experience
The process of renting a car was awesome. The gentleman that picked me up from the auto body was very nice. HOWEVER.. The car reeked of cigarettes.. Wished the standards were higher because now my kids booster seat needs taken apart and washed to try and get the smell out.
Staff in Streetsboro were wonderful. They addressed and took care of our concerns immediately. Great quality cars t this location. Met me at repair shop on time, was very pleasant and patient. I would definitely recommend this location.
